Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account, signing in, or using Theme Park Connections (“the Service”) at themeparkconnections.com or in our mobile apps, you agree to these Terms of Service (the End User License Agreement / EULA). You must agree to these Terms before registering or logging in. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

Theme Park Connections has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, violence, sexual or explicit content involving minors or non-consenting adults, spam, scams, impersonation, or any other abusive or illegal behavior. Accounts or content that violate this policy may be removed, suspended, or permanently banned without prior notice.

Members can flag objectionable content and block abusive users in the app and on the website. Blocking a user immediately removes their posts from your feed. Reports and blocks notify our moderation team so we can review and take action.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

4. Accounts and roles

The Service supports employee, employer, and administrator roles. You agree to provide accurate profile and account information. Employers may post jobs with links to their own application pages; employees may create profiles, post in the community feed, and browse jobs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or discriminate against other members
  • Post hate speech, violent threats, or sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable content
  • Post false, misleading, or illegal content
  • Share confidential employer information you are not authorized to disclose
  • Scrape, spam, or abuse the platform
  • Impersonate another person or organization
  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service

6. Content you post and community moderation

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, posts, comments, and job listings). You grant Theme Park Connections a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

If you see objectionable content, use Report to flag it. If a member is abusive, use Block. Blocking immediately hides that member’s content from your feed and notifies our team. We review reports and may remove content, warn users, suspend accounts, or ban repeat offenders.

7. Jobs

Job postings may include a link to the employer’s own application page. Hiring decisions and applications are handled by the employer outside Theme Park Connections. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Service.

8. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community or the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theme Park Connections and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
