1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Theme Park Connections (“the Service”) at themeparkconnections.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Accounts and roles

The Service supports employee, employer, and administrator roles. You agree to provide accurate profile and account information. Employers may post jobs with links to their own application pages; employees may create profiles, post in the community feed, and browse jobs.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members
• Post false, misleading, or illegal content
• Share confidential employer information you are not authorized to disclose
• Scrape, spam, or abuse the platform
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, posts, comments, and job listings). You grant Theme Park Connections a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Jobs

Job postings may include a link to the employer’s own application page. Hiring decisions and applications are handled by the employer outside Theme Park Connections. We do not guarantee employment outcomes and are not a party to any employment relationship formed through the Service.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community or the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theme Park Connections and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
